Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • In case of delays (e.g., stock issues), we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel in real time. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 days, contact us at sales@tuyahub.co.za.

 

3. Shipping Partners

We use reputable carriers such as The Courier Guy, Aramex, PUDO, DHL, and others depending on the location and shipping method selected.

 

4. Delivery Address & Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Tuyahub.co.za is not liable for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is:

  • Delayed: Check the tracking number or contact our team.

  • Lost: We'll work with the courier to investigate. Resolutions may include a refund or replacement.

  • Damaged on Arrival: Report within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos, for a replacement or refund.
