Refund Policy

At Tuyahub.co.za, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from Tuyahub.co.za within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

  • The item is not excluded (see section 5)

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email sales@tuyahub.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided (shipping is at your cost, unless defective).

We recommend using a tracked courier service. Tuyahub is not liable for returned items lost in transit.

 

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.

  • Refunds may be partial if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts.

 

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability)

  • A full refund

  • Or a store credit, depending on your preference

We will cover return shipping costs for valid defects or incorrect orders.

 

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used smart devices

  • Custom-configured products

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

  • Clearance or marked-down sale items (unless defective)

 

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email sales@tuyahub.co.za within 7 days of receipt.

 

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at sales@tuyahub.co.za. If already shipped, you may need to follow the return process.
